In 2007, The New York Times suggested that anywhere you look you’re likely to see an advertisement (Story, 2007). In the 10+ years since the article was written, the presence of advertisements has become more prevalent. Recent studies have reported that the average consumer (you and me) encounter up to 4,000 ads each day (Simson, 2017).

That number is extraordinarily high, but we’ve become ignorant of a large majority of them - the commercials and advertisements you remember are the ones that have differentiated themselves in some way.

For instance, imagine going for a drive around your neighborhood - how many open house and for sale signs do you see? My guess is that it’s a lot. At the top of my head, I can count 6 For Sale sign posts on my street!

Differentiation is the key to success in marketing, and this week’s #winnerscircle is about how The Home Experience Group excels in marketing our sellers’ homes!

Here’s the key: our successful marketing plan is a win for YOU! Time has repeatedly proven that our high quality advertising method sets your home apart from others in the area, resulting in a faster sale! We do this using a handful of different methods!

1. We invest in the top photographers.

Our photographers are exclusive to Real Estate Photography. They have the knowledge and experience on how to best digitally highlight your home. Photos are the first contact potential buyers will have with your home, so we ensure that they are of the highest quality.

  1. We provide staging for vacant homes

Buyers want to picture themselves living in your home. Oftentimes, in an empty room, that can be difficult to imagine. Staging provides your home with a sleek look that buyers are automatically attracted to. We’ll provide staging for vacant homes, and consultations for you to help make your home show ready.

  1. We use the top marketing tools

Have you ever grabbed a flyer out of a box, only never to look at it again? We want to engage those who are interested in your home. Rather than taking a flyer, we encourage them to contact us through our Never Out Flyer. This is a permanent flyer that attaches to your sign posts. Interested buyers can call or text, and we’ll be provided with their information! This way, we can always keep up with who is interested in your home!

  1. We highlight the unique qualities of your home

Each house has unique qualities that make it different, and we like to point these out to any potential buyers! Do you have new  carpets or furnace? Are there skylights or solar panels? How about ceiling fans in every bedroom or an upgraded bathroom vanity? Whatever it is that makes your home special, you can be sure that we’ll highlight those qualities!

Our methods have been proven. Our marketing strategy combined with our negotiating skills ensures that you are getting the highest quality of service possible!
